I can’t believe it’s been 3 months since I posted on this blog. I am such a bad blogger! lol I really will try to do better this year. I am so much better at being consistent on Instagram. If you’d like to stay updated and see my post head over now and follow me. @stampwithanita
We had a blessed Easter with family and friends celebrating our Risen Lord. It was such a treat to have ALL our kiddos home and even a few extra. The pic above of our table shows the calm before the storm. I think this is the first year I actually gave in and used paper and plastic plates. GASP!!! I know… I couldn’t believe it either. But as I was setting up the table Saturday night I didn’t want to spend my time on Easter hand washing all those china dishes. It’s okay to take a break some years and as our family continues to grow and move out our time with all of them here together is priceless. Continue reading
More labs for my Natalie today. Since Spring her life has been doctor visits, labs, tests and again more doctor visits and tests. It’s so hard to watch your child who once had an abundant amount of energy and life become stricken with an overwhelming weariness that causes her to not be able to stand. Natalie was diagnosed with POTS – Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome which makes it difficult for her to stand up without passing out. For today’s post I won’t go into a lot of specifics but you can check out this POTS overview of what she deals with daily. Today’s post is not the typical post showing a fun project, but rather a raw and honest peek into my life and heart at this moment. Continue reading
I can remember as a little girl collecting little treasures from nature and making all kinds of fun new creations with them, everything from a clover ring, a crown of leaves to a beautiful braided necklace of wild flowers to hang around my neck. Continue reading
A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of sharing a quick and fun DIY project with Mom Connection, a group of young moms at my church. When I was asked to come up with a creative activity lots of ideas went through my head. Young moms definitely need to feel loved, appreciated and pampered so I decided to share with them how to make a yummy homemade sugar scrub. Sugar scrubs are such a simple way to pamper yourself and they make a wonderful gift during the Christmas season. Continue reading

This past week and weekend was fully packed with lots of gift giving and blessings! I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. Not just any birthday… this was the BiG one! The BiG FIVE-0! When did that happen? Doesn’t seem possible.
But I have to say… my family made this the best birthday ever… regardless of the number. Have I mentioned just how much I love this man who is a true gift from God to me. Continue reading
Wow! I’ve been neglecting my blog a bit this Summer. I truly feel like the kids just got off the bus on the last day of school… YESTERDAY!
And then this happened…
So yeah… I really do feel like we just did all this yesterday… but then reality sets in. Summer has come and gone and it’s already back to school. Summers seem to go by quicker each year. It’s a good thing I have those to look back on or I wouldn’t believe we actually had a Summer… it went way too fast.
In another post I’ll share about some fun things that happened this Summer but for now I want to share about the AMAZING DEALS happening right now!!! And they too are going by quickly and I need to tell you about them so you don’t miss out.
